We’re so excited to offer private shopping appointments at our
romance-only bookstore! To ensure a personalized experience for every guest, please review our booking policy below:

• A holding fee is required to reserve your appointment.

• This fee will be applied toward your in-store purchase during your visit.

• Cancellations or no-shows will result in the holding fee being forfeited.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation.
